"ITALIAN SPAGHETTI"


"Spaghetti ( Italian: [spa'getti] ) is a long, thin, solid, cylindrical pasta. It's a staple food of traditional Italian cuisine. Like other pasta, spaghetti is made of milled wheat and water and sometimes enriched with vitamins & minerals.Italian spaghetti is typically made from durum wheat semolina"
This is an Italian classical food recipe use around the world. also, the spaghetti recipe is very simple as well as rich with flavors & nutritions. For a clean diet, this is very much on the card for dinner. Like they say Eat like Italian do... Let's focus on the ingredients that we need to prepare this mouthwatering recipe. As I always mention focus on the right ingredients & the steps mention below for getting the perfect Italian Spaghetti dish for your dinner table.   

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 Pkt of Spaghetti 
  • 2 Eggs
  • 5 sliced of bacon 
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Chopped garlic
  • Chopped Onions
  • Olive Oil
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Parmesan Cheese 
  • Chopped Parsley for garnishing





 HOW TO PREPARE...


  • Take your cooking pot & add some water, salt then boil for two minutes.
  • Then add your spaghetti to boil salted water & cook for few minutes until spaghetti turns into soft. ( please refer spaghetti package guidelines to make sure you cooked spaghetti perfectly ). now remove your cooked spaghetti and make sure to save 1 cup of spaghetti water.
  • Meantime beat your 2 Eggs to a bowl & add parmesan cheese, mix both together for getting a well-mixed mixture. ( Keep this ready )
  • Now fry your bacon slices with a little bit of butter until bacon turned to crispiness. Then remove your bacon when it's ready.
  • Heat your same pan which you fried bacon previously, Let's add Chopped garlic, onion & cherry tomatoes to bacon fat & also add a little bit of butter as well. Let it cook for 1 minute.
  • Now add your cooked spaghetti to the mixture, make sure to toast & coat well with the mixture.
  • Then add previously prepared Eggs & parmesan Cheese mixture to the spaghetti and cook for two minutes, in here you need to make sure for getting creaminess. ( Do not let your Eggs to scramble otherwise you cannot get rich creamy thickness to the dish ) 
  • Now add previously saved spaghetti water to the dish & cook for half a minute. meantime add salt & black pepper as per the taste.
  • Finally, remove your spaghetti dish form the cooking pan & add some olive oil as well as for garnishing add chopped parsley.




Now you can serve your mouthwatering ITALIAN SPAGHETTI dish with your beloved ones.
